    well....my kit is different now. It's still a 3-piece, but I play a 13x6.5 snare now.
    But my legs weren't and aren't spread apart that far....at least it don't feel like it

    I just like having the slave pedal on the left because I use my hi-hat pedal more. I do a lot more "rocket-foot" than double bass....

    No bro....you don't paint it black. hahaha...
    You paint it satin chrome. You can get spray paint in almost any color...so just get whatever color you want. Kapeesh?

    Question, how exactly to you get chrome hardware satin?
    From what I understand you just sand it first coarsely, then move to like 200ish sandpaper, then paint it black (??), and then sand between another coat of black, then paint a satin metal spray on, then clear coat with polyurethane.

    Why do you paint it black, I'm confused?

    amazing! that kit is mindblowing mate!!! congrats on the finished product!! now sell it for 4 grand telling this is the new travis barker set! AHAHA kidding mate but yeah some audio or videos would be verry appreciated (we are going to be patient and wait till after chrismats but, HURRY UP!)

    Wow....I'm blown away. I had a Peavey kit back in '05 and they do sound good with the right heads and tuning...but they were jsut so damn ugly. I would've never dreamed of going as far as you did with a Peavey kit. Major Rep for you my friend...you did an AWESOME job...!!

    damn man, that is one amazing looking little kit. very impressive work. i've done a few builds back in my day, and this really makes me wish i could still keep doing it. damn law school though, have like no spare time outside of class and homework. actually, have a big exam in exactly one hour! gotta run!
