    3 shells, Keller 6 ply maple (8x12, 14x14, 16x18)

    With the ride....AHAHAHA rep for that alone. I love how natural the finish is man, great kit! By the by, what kind of mount do you have on the rack tom?

      Thanks a lot!

      Actually...the ride should be on the other side of the snare and tom...but I would have needed my key to reposition it.

      I have it mounted with an ISS (shudder)...Optimount will be here after Christmas!

                        Not really a fan of natural finishes. But thats a pretty sweet looking drumset.

                              Do it! I am telling you... they are inexpensive compared to any high end kit. there is no feeling that replaces that of personal accomplishment!

                              You can destr...err...paint or wrap them as well. It all depends on your carpentry skills.

                              I chose natural as well, because it's what I had as a kid fir my 1st high end kit, and I like the wood grain. I can always re-finish anytime I want to...easy!

                              The only color I'd consider putting on it would be either york honey amber, or transparent cobalt blue (like Epiarch's finish).
