The old thread of my Piano Black BLX has lost almost all of its content and I had some major changes in my setup - so I decided to make new pics and audios...

Today it was a bright sunny day here in Germany so I decided to take the drums outside - if it was worth the effort... you decide

Thanks mate! I'll post specs of all the stuff used to record the clips later - this time I used 14 Tracks on digital DA88s (but this was also to test some mic-setups and mixing techniques). And yes - all of the tracks went in the mix...

I also have some pics of the recording session, but these are really bad compared to the outside pics - may be I post them later with the recording specs...

Thanks guys! I really enjoyed both sessions - it was the second time I was doing outside pics of one of my sets - this time with a real camera and not with the one in my cell-phone...

The audio was fun too as it probably was the most stuffed cellar room I ever equipped with recording equipment... I will write specs of the recording (as said before I used 14 tracks) and post them later in this thread.

I really appreciate that you like the sound of the recording - this was also a test for later work... thanks again!

thanks! The snare on the recording is the 13X6.5 Birch I built from my old 13x11 BLX tom which originally came in the late 80s with my set.
