Looking for forum style lugs

trying to locate 8 lugs to match the ones in the attached pics to make an 8x8 add on tom. i believe they are from old forum series drums. they are different from the generic pearl/cannon lugs in that they don't splay out in the middle to form a diamond shape. any leads would be appreciated. already scouring ebay, reverb and fb marketplace. thanks!

These are used but should smooth up with very fine steel wool... I've done this many times with no ill effects.
