Wanting to buy an elusive 10” Export tom

Hey guys, I’m a newbie in Brisbane, Australia.
I love my Export kit and it’s always growing and evolving.
I am having the hardest time finding a 10” tom.

I currently have a few questions:
Is my kit a 90’s era one?
Is this colour Red Wine? and
Apart from eBay and FB Marketplace, is there a secondhand place I can also look for the elusive 10”?
