    as you could propably tell im new here i was wondering where i could go to run the serial numbers on my kit i think its a mid to late 80s export pro series with 2-22x18 bass drums 10x10,12x10,13x11,14x12 mounted toms16x16,18x16 floor toms and a 14x6 ahead black on brass snare will post pics as soon as i can just trying to get info on the kit ive heard there is somewhere i could go but i dont know where any help will be greatly appreciated thank you

    Hey welcome to the forum and I'm pretty new here too.
    There's lots of good help here.

    As far as serial numbers for your kit I believe that Pearl has only recently started to record serial numbers for production date purposes.

    Previously serial numbers were allocated to drums and were really only good for insurance purposes.

    When you post pics of your kit, make sure you describe the inner surface of your drums, that will help identify them a bit more.
