Well, it's all relative on the corps. I paid $100 per camp, and around $1800 for tour. However, most corps have payment plans and offer the ability to work events to help you pay for fees

I'm not sure if they still do this, but the colts used to have the audition packet on their website.

I'm not sure. I haven't checked in a while. Just google some corps that you would like to audition for and hunt down some music.

Not much I can add, other than before you even think about auditioning, get Wilcoxin's "The All American Drummer", and PERFECT everything in it, at speed. I thought I was going to be bludging when I did a little bit of it, (I was already 'pro' at this stage in an orchestra), and boy did that shut me up. It's not harder ot easier than orchestral playing, but it's completely different and I was so unprepared for it. That book is the best investment in rudimental snare drumming I have ever made.
