New Paiste arrived at Saturn/Jupiter alignment day...
Beautiful GB. Classy cymbal. Great score. Very similar to
2002’s. Both are CuSn8 bronze but to me the GB cymbals
are not as aggressive as 2002’s. Nice shimmer with
some buttery goodness. Wonderful cymbal.

I had a 20" 2oo2 as my last crash to the right hand side at one point, but I sold it and replaced it with a 20" GB Multi. For me, much better not just in sound, but also in how it feels and how quickly it opens up.
I've liked the 20" GB so much that I've decided to purchase a 19" (above) after absolutely loving a 19" Signature Full crash I've added to my left/front after my 18" SFR cracked.
The 19" GB Multi has a tiny bit more sustain than the 18" Sig Full I had on that position, but being thinner it responds quicker and it feels incredibly nice. The 18" Sig Full is now next to it to the right, where my 17" Sig Reflector Mellow used to be (now stored away).
I was able to record the 19" GB Multi (as a test) and I can tell it is ****very**** smooth without being harsh, and it has a top shimmer that is addictive to listen to within the mix. Highly recommended! On GB I wouldn't go smaller than 19" for crashes.
