These 12” Zildjian K Sound Lab prototype hats came in. They were made for, and signed (with two messages) by Dennis Chambers. By coincidence they match my other (15”, 20”, and 24”) K Sound Lab prototypes exactly. That was the reason why I bought them, as I don’t really care about artists items (but the legend played them and his messages are a cool addition :-D). I will use these as aux hats in the setup as soon as my mounting parts come in.

Damn! I've been following these on the bay for quite some time now. They were just a little out of my price range...

From what I remember of their description, they are both a little hefty in weight for their size. Dennis has been know to use two Mastersound BOTTOMS as an articulate set of hi hats. I thought they were a good looking set I'd like to mix-up and pair with my 12" ReMix series hi hats (which btw, would be a perfect compliment to your current set up).

Just added this gem to my 21" Zildjian ride cymbal family. Weighing in at 2240 grams, this ride screams vintage from sound to patina finish. Look forward to swinging on this ride!

Nice! With that shell bank and cymbal collection you have there Josh, you must have endless amounts of kit configurations!

It's basically what I've been aiming for over the past few years. Realizing I'll never be a famous/touring/professional drummer has made it easy to focus on work and gives me the financial freedom to spend some cash on my very expensive hobby. But hey, it's not like I collect cars or... you know, something ELSE really expensive. Haha!

That was my favorite of them with the 22. I didn’t care fir the 20. Now you should get the 24 and 16 (DC only) too.

I almost pulled the trigger on a 24" that was on Reverb... I should have.

I just picked up an 18" Crash of Doom for $175 from a pawn shop. It's such a rare cymbal, I pulled the trigger immediately!

...I don't even play crashes under 20", lol.

So I have this 80’s official Zildjian jacket. The relief logo was abit bland against the black background (or foreground if you will) so I had this idea to fill it out woth gold paint.

A buddy of my does shoe customization and wanted to take this challenge. It was a hard one but I love the result!

That's a really cool jacket, and the outcome is also really nice
