I decided to make new thread for these wonderful cymbals. The last one was closed because of new forum rules. So, let's go again!

I'm trying to buy 14" K hi hats and 20" K ride atm. I'd REALLY like to get them, wish me luck.

Hooray Zildjian! I'm looking for a cymbal to match up with my Sweet Ride. I'd like someting crashy in the 22" range. Would like to score a 22" K Crash/Ride. Too bad they don't make them anymore.

im becoming more and more a zildjian guy as time goes on, already have 18" a custom crash and oriental china, looking at K cutsom rides and crashes now, really want some so expensive

try a 22 k ride, they actually open up pretty easily or even the k dark medium 22... they crash nicely


or if you want to be expensive try a constantinople medium thin high bell low ride

I would love to have a Contantinople.. but yeah.. need to find a good deal on a used one. I've seen videos of the 22" K ride/Medium Dark ride and they seem to be a nice fit. Hard to trust a video though.

I like zildjian cymbals and especially the crashes. A series medium-thin or A custom crash pair would be killer IMO! 8)

right now my setup is:
15 rezo hats
19 medium crash
21 sweet ride
24 medium ride

but when im done college and have a job i want to try to get:
18 hats (breakbeat ride over a rock crash)
20 k crash ride
20 a china high
22 k dark medium ride
24 medium ride (or i might try to find a k light)

i don't know why, but i really like my crashes to be even or odd sized... i know you're suppose to trust your ears, but i guess that's my ocd...

Yes you may, I've been looking at those on youtube as well. I would like to have any of those 22" K's, just going to have to keep looking for the best deal.

I'm pretty sure the K Custom Dark Ride is lighter and more crashable than the K Dark Medium Ride. IMO the K Custom Dark Ride would work better with the A Sweet Ride. It's easier to open up than the K Dark Medium Ride.
