18" Bass Drum in the Future

LOVE my Crystal Beats. Been craving a 18" bass drum acrylic for recording. Any chance of this in the future?

Why not get (all Pearl parts):
- CRB1816F/C (Crystal Beat 18x16 floor)
- OPT-1516 (16" Optimount)
- JG-16 (Jungle Kit adapter)

With that you have a 18" kick, no drilling or other modifications needed.

Thanks for your posts. Honestly, I am concerned with changing the 18 FT to bass drum. I know that the acrylic can be slightly more sensation, might thoughts are the perpendicular positioning and "bass drum" mod hardware might be stressful on the shell. My fingers are crossed for a much sexier REAL 18" with the acrylic hoops!
