Bags or cases

Out of the CRB owners here, what bags or cases are you using? I'm having a helluva time finding bags or cases that fit the dimensions of the CRB kit.

I use Protection Racket bags. The ones that are made to accomodate the Optimounts. I use mine that I have for all my other kits and just make up the extra depth with pieces of foam. I do believe that they make ones in the shorter depths though.

I also have Protection Racket bags that are used with the VMX kit, and will be used for the CRBs, but I'm hoping to get a dedicated set for it.

What sizes do you have?

Toms: 8x7, 10x7, 12x8, 13x9,
Floor Toms: 14x13, 16x15,
Kick: 22x16,
Snare: 14x6.5

So you are having a hard time finding 14x13 and 16x15? Can't you just use a 14x14 and a 16x16? I put my 16x14 in a 16x16 protection racket bag and it's fine.

I can use a bigger bag, as I am doing, but would prefer bags (or cases) with proper fit to make stacking and packing more stable. I'd also prefer to not spend $500-$1000 on bags/cases that don't fit properly.

That's what I did. I had a 20x18 kick inside a 22x18 SKB case. I like the SKB cases, because they fit in with the optimounts.

I use the H&B cases that I have for My Mlx Just add a little foam or egg crate in the bottoms when I take the CBs out for a spin

I found that Protechtor Cases (Classic series) have the CRB sizes, except for the 16" floor tom...the cases available for that are 16x16 or 16x14...so I might go for those at a later date.
