I have been invited to sub on a semi-regular basis on a ragtime band, playing really old stuff from pre-1930s. I'll want to bash a splash a bit to fit the music, and need to keep the kit to a minimum. Ideally, I want to mount the splash to the BD hoop with an HA-100--is this feasible? Or is there a better way to get to the same point?

I am not familiar with that much Pearl hardware. Ill leave that to tyhe Pearl experts on here. But for a bass drum mounted splash holder, you can use the following Tama parts: CBH20 cowbell holder, then buy an LCYE L-rod for splashes. Total cost should be $20.00 tops. Those part numbers will come up in a search on Music123 or similar site.

Thank you for the info, sir. I'll consider it!
