Hello - I usually hang out in the Export Zone, but thought this would get a better response here.

I recently bought an Export kit, and need to kit it out with some cymbals. Now, kids, house etc don't leave much spare money, so I looked at the Pro Sonix range from Sabian (I have a strong attraction to Sab's - 'everyone has Zildjian').

They sound OK from what I hear on Sabians site, but I cant try them out as nowhere near me stocks any Sabian - they're all Zildjian freaks - I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with this line of cymbals.

I am in the process of returning to the local live scene, playing rock covers, to give you an indication of what style I will be playing.

Thanks in advance!!!

The new music shop in the Xscape is opening soon. I'm guessing you can try them out there.

I tried and didn't like... your better off getting a B8 pack... the b8's are good cymbals with decent sound. But don't let me tell you what to do... if you like the sounds, go with it.
