Which snare side head should i get? Evans Hazy 200 or Hazy 300 and what is the difference? Which would you recommend?

please dont flame me for asking for help

Of the two, the Hazy 300 is the more commonly utilized reso head in the Evans family. Some find the Hazy 200 too thin for general purposes.

Aquarian Hi-Performance (i think) snare bottom head.

the difference will be snare sensitivity. The thinner the head, the more snare response you get. 200 may be too thin/responsive! I have 300's on a couple snares. They line right up with the ambassador snare side, i believe. Good all around snare reso. IMO.

200 will split if you're a hard player. Go with the 300.

Thats a 200 or 300, just a different brand.

The 200 is 2-mil, the 300 is 3-mil (sorry if that's stating the obvious) - and that 1-mil difference can have a huge impact. The Hazy 300 is my snare side head of choice.
