I have just been offered something amazing and need some input from everyone! I have a place I deal with online for drum stuff and they bought a bunch of brand new Yamaha snare drums and have some amazing prices.

Anton Fig-$377
Roy Haynes-$324
Pearl BRX-$200 This was a brand new snare recently returned from buyer.

These prices all include shipping and handling. Please give all your opinions, I can use them!

I have only ever heard the Anton Fig out of this bunch.

Dude! The Roy Haynes! Copper! That's a $500 street price snare drum!

the others you'll see again...I don't know about the Pearl snare, but at one point on ebay, the majority of Yamaha snares sold at any one time were Anton Figs.

The Roy Haynes snare at that price is near stealing! Get that one! Great dark, versatile sound. And it has a tone control, too.

WHat does the Haynes sound like? Is it good for every kind of music from classic rock to pop rock?
