Wicked buys! How's that Vault? I own the 17" and I absolutely adore it... I tried the 19" and it was amazing! I can't imagine how awesome the 20" woul be.... I would have bought the 19" that day but it was out of my price range so I picked the 17" and I figured I'd get the 19" later on to accompany it.

Good choice with the AAXtreme as well... hell, those're all great cymbals you chose

I rock the 16" and 19". The 20" is a MONSTER, though; you need to hear it in person.

Hey bro, that is a wicked set-up. The cymbals fit each other really nice.

2 of the same hats though?? Did you get a good deal on the 2nd pair or what not??

How different do they sound?

Well i too was going to buy the 19" first but as i alrdy wrote the guy had an -50% discount from 20" and thank GOD i took it, its freaking AWESOME.
I already had the 18" vault crash and i love it too. Those 2 are the best crash cymbals i have ever played.

And about the AAX Extreme **** its a MONSTER it ROARS!! Man i have been waiting for about 6 months to get a chance to order theese. and those 2 happened to be in store already so i got them with me rightaway.

I fell in love with the HHX 20" before the summer.
Just went to chit chat with the local dealer and then he was like "have you ever seen this?" and put the 20" beaty to a stand and gave me a drum stick. The there i was, testing it a while.. i told the guy "man you just ripped my heart out of my chest" i fell in love with the cymbal after the first hit to it.. lovely..
And another salesman in the same store told me once he bougth an AAX Extreme China. Then the same thing repeated. I tested it and fell in love. 2 totally different chinas but i couldnt decide so i took both.

I already have 18" and 20" AAX chinas (the normal ones). The 18" rocks but its a little too "soft". I might be keeping it in setup as a left side china.. But the 20" never worked for me. I bought it used without testing just to see if it would fit my setup, cus i liked the 18". It's nothing like the 18" and **** sure was an disappointment. Alltho im not a guy who likes selling his cymbals so i keep it and hope ill find some good use to it in future.

Sabian ROCKS!

Yes, 2 pairs of 14" HH Meduim Hats. I took my hats to the music store to try and find a nice pair to compliment them and I realized that the 14" HH Mediums were the only hats that I even liked, so I got a second set to use as a closed hat. They're set kinda washy so I can use my drop clutch or my aux hat for 2 completely differant sounds while still using my double kick or cowbell with my left foot.

To EHRIN, thanks for the response.

Could you explain in greater detail how much the 2 pairs of hats are different. Like it pitch & feel ect. Also, do you try to mix & match the 2 cymbals from the 2 pairs & work off them that way?

Thanks.
