Are Masters Premiums Still Available?

I know Pearl has officially discontinued the Premium line for the Masters series, but is it still possible to order a Masters Premium kit--that is, 4-ply or 6-ply shell option in some variety of lacquer finishes? I believe some of the Pearl reps on this forum told me months ago that you could still do this (I was told you could get the Premiums in special colors like canary yellow, etc.), but I want t make sure.
