Great tutorial. One thing I'd like to add that I saw on another forum was that when you apply the sparkle (flake) you can use a flour sifter to put in on.

That would only work if he was using a flake small enough (I forget the exact measurements). His flake would never sift through.

The guy used .015 flake, which is pretty standard size.
