Floor tom leg memory locks - Vision

So I'm on the search for memory locks for my Visions. Thought about using tape to help with setting the height for the legs but decided that this was a far more intelligent route...however it's been nothing but a headache so far.

I know at least one member (two5chris) has some for his kit and knows how to procure them, but I couldn't manage to find the thread he talked about them in. Any help, be it a product number or a place that sells memory locks that fit a 3/8" (at least that's what I measured them to be) floor tom leg would be greatly appreciated.

Masters & up have floor tom leg memory locks. These are a little thinner legs than the previous Export ones. You ought to ask Gene or somebody in "First Aid" for the correct size for Visions. I do know you can order boom cymbal arm memory locks from Tama and I think Pearl, too, that are likely the right size (if the Masters' ones aren't). You have to order the items via a authorized retailer that will order replacement parts. I've bought some via Midwest Percussion before for my older Sessions set.

I know a Pearl dealer can order them for me but I don't know a product code to tell them. I'm sure my local shop will be able to figure it out, but memory locks aren't exactly a compelling reason to drive 45min. I'll try throwing Midwest Percussion an email.

The legs are 3/8" by my measurement (about 9.5mm), which are smaller than any memory lock I've found listed, and much much much smaller than any boom arm I've encountered, convertible or not.

I used the ones off my old Session floor tom and they work fine. VMX has them also (part #LG-04S), and they may work as well. Just make sure you tighten them down very well to keep them in place.

Where can I get some that would fit Export (2000) floor tom legs? Or what's the model number/name so I can order through a Pearl dealer?
