I'm not into checking them out atm. Got up a 0315 thinking it was 0415 and just awoke from a rather longish nap. I think that they could sit in his shop and might even sell from there. It's more of a guitar shop and lessons. He also needs a drum teacher; and I have some spare time. I redid chpt 14 today and tommorrow will jump into 15 (the long one) for a second go. I picked up info that was new even though I had aced the chapter 14 tests.

It will take time either way. I can't really drop the price and there are lots of kits for sale and not much money. On consignment, they will give me a chance to try the VBX and won't be in the way of the band. Nothing goes anywhere until the 5 pc rock shell pack gets here. This will give me some time to try 1 up and 2 down. I've never done that before!

I hear ya about taking time to sell anything these days..and I wouldn't be dropping price on 'em either. I'd keep them before I did that

Did you try the EMAD2 on the VBX? Man does it thunder on the EXR's!! If the kick lacked depth and weight; I'm pretty sure that the EMAD2 will bring it out! You said your toms sounded fine with the studio x clears? No problem there. The JJ Sig is tried and true; I might add the sensi. I am so off no schedule. Mon up at 0330 and tues; up and dragging at 1000. sister in common law moved in with us and they stayed up all night! Think I dosed off around 4am.

The 16" x 16" floor tom has a large bash in the rim and a broken shell in that part of the drum. I'm sending them back. After so much sweat and thought I'm keeping my EXR's. Let me try to find my camera. I feel sick!
