Brushed silver wrap?

Okay, I'm really looking to Al or Gene on this one.

I was looking at some pics of Vinnie Paul's damageplan era kits and posted a pic on here trying to figure out what a finish was. I think it's the "Brushed Silver" that's available on the PBD marching bass drums.

Now my question for Al or Gene is, is this wrap able to be purchased like others? I've always loved this color and smokey chrome. If I could redo my kit in the brushed silver though that might make me pull the trigger.
