    Default Pearl Target

    Hello there!

I was wondering if anyone in here has some good reviews, videos or pictures on the Pearl Target drumline?

I'm searching for a new, cheap kit that's still sturdy enough to be with me at least 2-3yrs, I mostly play Funk and sometimes a little bit more to the Nu-Metal way.

If you know any other kit within the price range of the Target-series be sure to give me a hint^^

I would look into some used gear, the Target is a fairly low end kit.

Check out some Pearl Exports, you can usually find them all over Craiglist or eBay with cymbals and hardware for decent prices.

The target is pretty low end, but with good heads it at least sounds decent. I don't really hear a *huge* difference between it and the second-hand pearl forum that I bought. I don't have much bad to say about it. But I don't have very good things to say about it either.

Anyway, I refinished my pearl target. It looks much better without the plain black wrap. Click the link in my sig to see.

    I'm gonna get a target (2nd hand)
I\f you put a lot of effort into the drums you can make them sound really nice. I put an e-ring on my floor tom and i love the sound of the kit, although the snare is (pardon my french) a piece of crap.
I use a dixon rose gum wood snare and it is a beast.
    Hope this helps you
