Interesting. Never realized how important the heel is to maintaining good motion and technique.

Thanks Rico. Next time I'm on my 9000's, I'll give that a shot.

It would appear that he has about 78 or so.

I'm just getting into this heel-toe thing. Can you post pics (or just list settings) of how you usually set the footboard/batter angle/spring tension? Of course everyone has their own preference, but it might be interesting to try for a starting point.

    Thx

thanks guys. yes i have quite a few pedals. the Trick big foot is in the back ground. you can just see the universal drive in the back ground. its blocked by the IC. i have Eliminators single pedal right now as well. and the two P-120's. maybe i'll do a Trick Big Foot video clip tomorrow. my pedal adjustments vary pedal to pedal but a good starting point is always the stock settings. i am at work so will have to post pedal adjustments later.

Thanks for posting these vids! I just got a Trick Bigfoot double pedal, and my initial impression = it's amazing. What settings do you have yours on? I know it's hard to explain... it looks like you're using the top of the 3 pedal-board hole settings. And which "Number" do you have next to that machined-notch on the top of the spring-housing... and where is the arrow (beater angle) at in relation to the numbers. Sorry if none of that made any sense.

i am using the center peg hole on the direct drive. the +1 is just below the notch on the top of the spring housing frame. the arrow is set at zero on the cam clutch gauge. and i would guess i am using about a medium low spring tension.
