Default My DW Collectors in Midnight Glass Glitter

Hereís some quickie photos of my new (to me) DW Collectors in Midnight Glass Glitter.
I took a couple of photos is different light to show how the finish changes appearance. I still need to get some in the daylight, which makes it look very blue.
    The shells were built in 2005, and are 8x10, 9x12, 12x14, 14x16, 18x22, and 5.5 x14.
Please pardon how itís set up, itís kind of in limbo at the moment. At this point I just wanted to get it together so I could play it. Rooms a mess too (my wife wouldnít be happy if she knew I posted photos that show it ).
Anyway, they sound incredible! All the drums are very articulate, warm, loud, and resonant. The snare is the best drum of all. Itís a 10+6, and has a beautiful tone and really cracks! Havenít played with the tuning that much yet, but from what little I have, it seems to have a nice wide tuning range. Definitely the best sounding kit Iíve ever owned.
All I have to do now is install some new heads and add some more Paistes!

Oh, almost forgotÖ The cymbals are Paiste 2002 15Ē SE hi-hats, 16Ē and 17Ē crashes, and a lone 22Ē Zildjian ping ride that I want to turn into a 24Ē Paiste Giant Beat.

Not too crazy about the set up but that might be my favorite kit on the forum! That color is amazing! Oh, and get that Giant Beat ride, its honestly hands down the best ride I've ever heard in my life! No joke! Congrats on the kit!!
