Do you know anything about getting parts for Brady snares?
I may need to get 1 replacement tension rod and lug. I emailed Kelly Brady several days ago, but never got a reply. I then emailed EVERYONE on Brady's web site, but still haven't received a reply.
I just picked up a 14x6.5 Brady Sheoak from an Ebay auction that didn't sell, and the tension rod on the batter side at the 5 O'Clock position feels like its slowly getting jammed. The seller said it was brand new. I didn't even remove any of the tension rods before I tuned it up, so I'm not sure how this rod got off-center.
I even did a search on "Brady snare parts", etc., but had no luck.

I guess you are right :/ I wasn't sure though if he just started playing and wanted an acrylic kit, but he didn't hear about Vistalites, because I didn't hear about them when I first started playing.
