wow like a stone eh. love audioslave, great band. practice that song like monsters because that song really deserves to be put through perfect, nothing against your band though. yeah, i hope you do a great job cause thats really a meaninful and really really great song. HAVE FUN. :) and represent baby lol.

I really don't like audioslave. I loved rage. But audio is just rage music with a ****ty singer with ****ty lyrics.

Good luck with the show Drummerorguitar, Like a Stone is a very simple song but its got so much power behind it :)

And drummers_4_life, I wouldn't say Chris Cornell is a bad singer who writes bad lyrics. They're just not political like Rage lyrics. I personally don't like Chris' voice either, but he sings with such style, technique and emotion, I don't think you can call him a bad singer at all.

it is a easy song but with a lot of feal in it...we can play the hole song, but the solo is hard cuz my guitarist doesn't have a eco/delay pedal, but over-all it is all good!!!:D :D :D

yup i doing the drumming but the gost notes are hard to do...i mean i can do them just not soft like Brad Wilk can but in time i will be able to!

Rage aginst the machine was kick ***. Audio slave now has espically ****ty lirics compared to the John De La Roach days.

HAHA cool our band got a school gig in april too. Its for senior awards, i cant wait. So far were gonna play: Nobody Knows by eric clapton, Chick Magnet by mxpx, our own version of Move ***** by ludicris (if you can believe that lol, its the senior class song. Its gonna be cool to because im a artist for a hip hop group that also goes to our school so we know each other and their gonna join in and change the lyrics up a bit.), then we will probly play an original song.

Anyway, its cool to see other bands going through the same thing. Soooo... Good luck on your gig man!
