All,

I took some pics of the kit this weekend, but unfortunately, they did not come out as good as I had hoped. I will be taking some more this weekend once I get up to my studio. Hope these are ok in the meantime.

Thanks

Mark

Sweet looking kit! Blue is my favorite color personally, but I think I would make an exception with that finish you got!

wow those are gorgeous. I think Ive seen mw drums that color before, but that pic makes em look so much better. that finish ranks way up on my favs. list, and I have seen a lot of mw drums (if you havnt seen my website, thats my evidence). by the way, I thought Id ask your permission to put that pic in my masterwork pictures webpage.

that's all in YOUR studio?!?!?!

Anti: Yep, those are in the studio. I only bought the studio a couple of months ago - decided to move from the day job (Internet security) and give up IT all together. The studio was too good an opportunity to pass up. The space is awesome - those pics just don't do it justice. Also, it gives me a good chance to have the kit set up so I can practice when the place is quiet! :D

Zilflight: I have no problem posting those pics on your site - but if you mail me I will take some more and mail them to you.

Thanks for the comments, guys!

Now just to get the tuning right!

Sweet kit. Watch that foam rubber soundproofing, i here its flammable.

Thanks for the warning. I don't know where it came from or when, but for the past few years the main suppliers here in the UK are selling the fire ******ant stuff (Studiospares, etc...).

If it is older than that then I am in trouble. That reminds me, I need to get insurance on the place. (oh! more money!)

That's what I do right now. Good money but really getting boring for some reason. Just too much crap to deal with nowadays. I should prolly go back to turning wrenches at the dealership - no way could I run a studio.

Kick *** set and studio score! You don't see enough green kits. I give it 2 thumbs up!

Alternately - just try to avoid booking time for heavy metal groups and you should be fine ;)

Don't invite Great White over to jam with you, either.

Love the set. Awesome finish, awesome company, awesome drums!

ha, funny great white joke. I find it really stupid to use pyro in small clubs, but in a studio, well ya know, thats even better! that kit is real gorgeous. markatrain, do you have any close up shots of one of the drums, to better show that finish? cause thats really what Im lookin for, as my website is mainly aimed at showcasing finishes instead of whole sets, although there are many whole sets on there.
