That scares me too. There is no way at all I would send someone a money order for $8,000, much less if they had no feedback. Cool set, none the less.

Great salesman here... The starting bid is $9k, then he says: "I'd prefer to keep it as a set, but I would consider selling just the drumset without cymbals for about $4,000 or the cymbals without the drums for about $4,500. Pictures do this set absolutely no justice!"
Now... let me test my math:

Suppose he's starting with a high price, and we bid down? In that case, I'll bid $5!

That Remo kit does not look all that nice, and for that price, FORGET IT. I would rather buy a Masters and the cymbals i want and ill still have money left over.
