I just bought a used export set... but i noticed on the small tom and the floor tom its missing its decals... can pearl send replacements of these? I believe the set to be only a few years old... thanks ~ mike

Do you mean badges? If yes, I'm afraid that I can't help. We have a strict policy of only replacing damaged badges one-for-one. In other words, we need the old one back before we give a replacement. This is to prevent counterfeits.

I hope you don't mind this.... but i play left handed, so the badges don't show on the front of my toms ( reversed ) . so i had a few small white vinyl transfers made , which i put on the opposite sides to the badges , thus letting people know that they're pearl drums :) i know the kick drum has it on the front, but no doubt i'll soon damage it or something, so the toms will do the advertising bit ;)

hey gene i have the serial number of the bass drum and other tom... can i send you those? and get a whole new set? thanks for the suggestions everyone! ~mikeym

I'm sorry, but I don't make the rules...I just have to enforce them. I can only exchange damaged badges for new ones, one-for-one.
