Pearl has planned a clinic tour to continue the introduction of the Reference Series. These clinics will begin in late May and will continue through June. Each participating dealer will be getting a Reference kit early and a couple have already arrived. Dales's Drum Shop in Harrisburg, PA was the first retailer in America to get a Reference kit. Columbus Pro Percussion also has a kit available to be tested. By the weekend Skip's Music in Sacramento, CA will have their kit.

Here is the complete list for the Reference Tour:
Monday May 23

Memphis, TN
Clinician: Will Kennedy

Tuesday May 24
Fork's Drum Closet
Nashville, TN
Clinician: Will Kennedy

Monday June 6

Clinician: Mike Mangini

Tuesday June 7

Thursday June 9

Tuesday June 28

Pearl will be giving away a 20 ply Reference Snare Drum at each clinic along with other door prizes, and everyone who attends one of the ten clinics can register to win one of the artist Reference kits from the tour.

Memphis Drum Shop, Forks and Long Island Drum Center will be the next dealers to get their kits and I'll post the dates when they have arrived. In the mean time if you are in the Columbus or Harrisburg areas stop in Columbus Pro Percussion and Dales Drums Shop and take a test ride.

There are TWO Long Island Drum Center's here in NY. One of them is a very very small shop over in Nyack, NY in Rockland County over the Tappen Zee Bridge. The other is the main Long Island Drum Center which is actually holding the clinic, and is located in Plainview, NY which is on Long Island.
