Im from mackay and i have helped organise a Battle of the bands, about 8 bands or so and we are having about 1500 people will post some pics hopefully and the news of who wins and all that jazz, by the way my band is playing we won't win but it will be cool because im wearing a pink shirt!!!

One of my band members has that shirt. Good shirt.

Anyway, have fun with the battle of the bands. Try to keep things as friendly as possible. Don't really make it a 'battle'. Just try to make it seem more like a regular show than anything.

To the starter of this thread: what the ****?! But that's cool. You know, whatever tickles your pickle. But my school is having a battle of the bands in a month or so as well, so good luck to you. I also agree with what spike drummer999 said. Make it like a show and just have a kick *** time. I'm gonna work my *** off to do the best I can while entertaining the **** out of people.
