I've had my Pearl Eliminator twin pedal, belt drive, for about 2 years. I noticed when practicing recently that there is a 'squeaking' noise coming from the bearing area. I would like to know if anyone knows how to lubricate or remedy this. If lubrication is needed, how often, what type and where? Any info much appreciated. :)

just lube whenever you start hearing noises.

Turn it on its side, get some all purpose lube spray like wd-40 and let it seep in. Do this for both bearings, move the cam while you do this so the lube gets everywhere it needs to inside the bearing. Do this for both sides and you shouldn't have the problem again for a LONG time.

It may not be the bearings.
I chased down squeeky bearings for quite a while before I realized the squeek was coming from the universal joints. I oiled the joints with gun oil and worked them back and forth by hand until there was no resistance in the movement. The squeek then disapeared.
Just something to consider

While WD-40 is great stuff, it may not be the best lubricant for pedals. As described in the thread linked below, it doesn't provide the long lasting film that moving parts need, and tends to attract dirt.

PS I love the smell of WD-40 ...

WD40 will eat your bearings and should not be used on your pedals. It has carbon in it and aside from the carbon building up it also attracts dirt and other small microbial things you don't want to know about.

Use vegetable oil or a light engine oil to lube the chain/bearings. Slipknot1 posted something on lubing recently...search it up.
