Carl, since u tends to answer all of my questions I have another one for you. What distinguishes the fire cracker snare drum from all the others. Is it a popcorn snare or special effects snare?

The new firecracker line is HOT HOT HOT..Yes they are an effect type snare,but also could be used in a main snare situation for funk, rap,or hip hop type applications..They have such a cool projection..I strongly suggest you check them out...I plan to add one to my library of snares in the near future myself!!:cool:
