do you have a contact mail address/contact for pearl uk ??
i want to know exactly what i was supposed to get in the "forum" boxes from the retailer . seems a pair of 300 series cymbals should have been supplied, i never got any . i understand they're not the best cymbals on the market, but i paid for them , and they will suffice for practice.
thanks
IAN

Hi Ian,
I'm sorry to hear that you're kit is missing the cymbals. The Forum kit should have come with a pair of 14" CX 314 cymbals and a 18" Crash ride cymbal. I would advise that you contact your're retailer and I'm sure they would be more than happy to arrange for the missing cymbals to be sent to you.

OK . heres the story, i bought the kit from dealer, i later found out other retailers were doing the same deal with a set of cymbals, a video and a pair of vic firth sticks ! well i got none of these, if u want me to give u the dealers name etc i will do so in private.
when i spoke to the guy in charge, he told me that he did a special deal minus the cymbals, make of that what you will Mr Phillips,
thanks for your time, i'll look forward to a reply

Hi Ian
Thank you for letting me know the back ground to your question. The Forum kit is designed to be sold as a complete package. In this case the dealer seems to have taken it upon him/herself to sell the kit without the cymbals. If this is the case and you have knowingly bought the kit with out the cymbals, then I'm afraid you will have to take this up with your dealer who will have taken the cymbals out to sell separately.
