Sabian HHx

Does anyone use or know anything about the Sabian HHX's? Specifically the groove hats, what kind of sound do they get?

I have the HHX studio hats, I've never tried the Groove hats. The hhx have adarker sound since they are hand hammered. I really like the sound i get out of them. I switched it around so the bottems on the the top.

When did they start making HHX studio hats? Or did you special order them? The grooves have a very shimmering, loose, hissy sound to them, they groove basically, very nice hats, with good projection, but a nice dark warm tone is still retained, and they have good stick definition when closed.
