Pearl now offers four new FireCracker Snare drums available in your choice of 10"x5," or 12"x5" sizes in either 8-ply Poplar wood or 1.0mm steel shells.
These drums have a super-wide tuning range combined with warm-tone and explosive crack that 's a perfect complement for any drum kit and musical situation.
Each model features our 1.6mm steel hoops; CL-50 lugs and the popular SR-018 strainer pictured below. Together, this winning combination provides a very sensitive snare response allowing the clearest ghost notes possible in addition to a warm powerful punch when desired.
