$230 will buy me a Pearl Eliminator double pedal, slightly more for a Tama Iron Cobra so I'd tend to go for those first, but I've never tried, let alone seen a Network pedal before. Post a few pics if you can!

$250 is alot of money. I'm using a DW 4002....it works fine and its only $150.

Network hardware is not one of the better hardware companies. It will do the job, but you need to understand why a Pearl or IC or other high end pedal will be a better choice in the end. Think of it this way, when brand new, a Geo Metro will get you from point A to point B the same way a BMW will. But it wont be as reliable, heavy duty, or have as many features. It wont be as smooth either. And it definatley wont have the bigger name there to back you up.
I have to come to realise that its simply not worth buying budget hardware since it wont last as long and ultimatley, you will have to replace it and therefore it will be double the price if you had just bought a better pedal in the first place.
When i get behind my kit, i dont worry about my pedals or hardware, becuse i spent the extra money to buy quality stuff form the start. If your Eliminator breaks, you know it will be taken care of by Pearl. And virtually every store i know carries Pearl, Tama, DW, etc. You have the piece of mind knowing you but realiable, high quality hardware from a name you can trust.

Your Network pedal may never break and it might be perfect for you. But i personally would not take the chance.

I have found that in the past, Gibraltor pedals are not as durable as other companies, but now, most companies are pretty reliable. You should be fine with an inexpensive pedal. Just a sacrifice on options and adjustements is what you will find.

I agree with Fixxer. That new pedal blows all out the water. In my opinion the eliminator has just been eliminated with the DW 9000 titanium pedal.

The Titanium 9000 pedal is no longer made, it is being replaced with similar model 9000, but not made out of Titanium to keep the price realistic.

I think the new 9000 looks promising.

if i remember correctly, interstate is going to sell them at $400 for the double, $200 for single, and $300 for the hi hat stand.

or somewhere around those prices....

Those prices sound ALOT better then the Titaniums were.

I bought a network high-hat stand for only $80 Canadian. It's really heavy duty too.

Right now all I have is a CB pedal that came with my set. It always falls apart so I taped it together. I was bored today so I found an old sandel and taped it onto the pedal. I call it... The super sandel pedal 2000.:D
