Can i oreder a coated reso head with a logo on it?

HEy people, I was wondering If anyone knows whether or not I could order a coated reso head from pearl with the logo on it, similar to the ones seen on the Masterworks kits. I've heard before that they won't do this but if anyone knows otherwise please let me know!! thanks!!!!!!!

They won't do it because they don't want you putting a Masterworks logo on an Export kit. It's like lying. However, I think that if you can give them a serial number from your MW kit, then they know that you own one and they will do it. Not sure though...

I think you can, but it doesn't have the MW logo at the bottom of the head. Not sure if its white head (like ebony) or powder coated tho. The drummer from the "Hard Ons" Pete Kostic has one.

The answer to your question is no, unless you do indeed have a MW kit

And giving them a serial number from a kit you saw on eBay or a friends kit won't work. They know who owns what MW kit.

Thanks for the input guys. However, i should of made myself clearer in my first message, sorry but i am stupid sometimes. I didn't want an actual masterworks head i just want a coated head with a pearl logo on it, that's it. If Pearl still wouldn't do this i am going to be really pissed off, that would just be stupid. Well, io'm gonna make a trip to the music store soon and inquire about this and if i can't get one direct from pearl i guess i'm just gonna have to buy a normal coated head and slap a logo sticker on it. Can sanyone please tell me what kind of head the masterworks heads are? Can you buy coated heads with that muffle ring that you can see through the head, i don't know why i just LOVE the way that looks. Thanks

yeah i do too, i love that style of head, my brx red wine w/ black hardware would look great w/ that head, i want that exact same head except for the masterworks insignia, if you go to musicians friend, and look at masters kits, they have the same head, just w/o the masterwoks logo.....

In fact, I think you can order the white heads from musiciansfriend.com....but i'm not sure. I have seen them some places. HOWEVER, I dont know if they come coated or not.

all i could find was ebony or clear, 20, 22, and 24". sorry bro, but if u want to pay extra for it, theres places thatll print u a custom one.
