The pearl video is free but shipping is 10.95. Thats a lot for shipping a video. I just bought a 14" tom off ebay and shipping was $10, so I wouldn't buy a video and pay $11 shipping(even if the video was free).

Why can´t I buy the video plus other accessories from the
site ?? I live in iceland and I was talking to my dealer for

but he told me that he couldn´t order them because it´s

That killed me when I first read that. Who exactly do they think theyre fooling? On the other hand, last year I went to a Chrysler dealer, and, surprise, they gave me a free car. All I had to pay was the destination charge, which was around $25,000.

In agree that ten bucks seems steep for a "free" item but remember that someone has to process the paperwork, pack the product and ship it.
You'd be amazed how quickly that overhead adds up.

The video is free. If you are in the US, just go to any Pearl dealer and ask for one. If they don't have one, they can easily get it free from us by just asking. No cost to you at all. We'll include some in their next order. Now, if you want us to stop everything and ship one directly to you, there is a shipping and handling charge. $10 may seem like a lot to some, but keep in mind that we are a wholesale company that ships large quantities to a dealer network. $10 does not even come close to covering our cost plus the shipping cost to send someone a single video...but we do it because we feel it's important.
