Has anyone here tried the Steve Ferrone Snare?

This snare looks great and from what I've heard about it, it's one of the top Brass Snares available now. Has anyone here tried it?

yes i have heard it and tried it jimmy degrasso used it at his clic that i went to and it sounds great think of a black beauty with alittle more body and crack to it

a friend of mine uses one in a band, and so far it's the best snare i've heard. i guess that's a bold statement. i tried out his kit and i couldn't stop playing it.

Yes and I loved it!!! This is a great sounding and versatile snare. I did a performance at a big baptist church in Atlanta and the church used the Steve Ferrone snare in their Pearl set up. I would highly recommend it. Great crack with depth!!
