how long should exports last?

hello ppl i own a export kit and i was just wondering approx how long should they last?

Your kit will last forever if you take good care of it. My step-dad has a Ludwig kit from like 1976, and aside from a couple of incidental dings/scratches, it looks and sounds like it just came out of the factory.
