When tuning the toms

Hello everyone
I would like to ask all drummers, Which mode of tuning the toms is mostly preferred by you, batter head higher, equal or lower in pitch than resonant head ?

I have the top head pretty loss and the bottom hea a tiny tiny bit tighter.....gives the drum a "boing" kind of sound!

thats how i tune mine also
