I know that all of the Roc n Soc thrones are headreast capable. All they have is two holes on the bottom of the seat with metal thread inserts. You could measure the distance between the holes on an actual throne from a store as well as the hole size and then buy a Roc n Soc backrest and bolt it on to your throne.

Take the backrest off an old office chair aswell as the bracket it slots into and just fix it to your throne. On more expensive office chairs they tend to have elaborate adjustment levers that don't come off but a cheaper chair should work, go look round a store selling office furniture just to get an idea.
