Morgan Ågren from sweden. Jammed with Frank Zappa. Crazy drummer. Funny guy.

i guess i'm a little jaded that the drummers getting the most attention are not necessairly the best in the world. their popularity has a lot to do how many albums they've sold. i really want to visit the Scandanavian countries because i love your musicians' influence with jazz AND heavy metal.

if it wasn't for Meshuggah, i never would have known about Morgan and his tv show. i've never been impressed with a drummer-based television show here in america beside the short clips i've seen of Jacob Armen on public tv when i was young.

if you can let me know of any Norwegian or Sweedish bands i should be aware of, i would really appreciate it!

That kit sounds great. Do you know what type of shells he has.
Also his primary snare sounds fantastic,
do you know what it is? its sounds like a 13".

Yep.. If you check out Seigmen, Motorpsycho, Salvatore, Kaada and Jaga Jazzist you'll find a part of music history that not many people outside scandinavia know of.. and it's pretty good
