2 month wait for Pearl Add On and still waitin

:mad: i just got back from my local music shop, and have ordered a pearl export add on carton way back in september only to find that its not goin to be here untill the end of november, even though Pearl have told my music shop it would be here at the beginning of november along with a back log of other orders. this is really inconveiniant to me as i was needing the tom for my school talent show. is this the same kind of service that is usually provided by pearl?

Hmm yes, delays are common in the drumming world I'm afraid. What size is the tom and in what colour?

its just a 10" by 8" tom wi clamp and arm in jet black. the unfortianate thing is that its for the newer model export so it'l have differant colour hardware

I am sure you will do fine in your talent show without the 10" drum. Your performance should not suffer because you are less 1 drum. Don't let it get you down! Good luck in your performance.

pearl is the kings of slow production. i ordered a 10" tom in january and was told now i won't get it till june. as your overseas that adds a much longer wait also.
