Becoming a dealer. How?

Hi, I'm interested in starting to sell drumming equipment via the web; Pearl if possible, due to me using for the whole of my "drumming career".
I was just wondering how you go about gaining stock from Pearl, whether you have to buy it first, or whether Pearl will drop ship etc etc

Any help greatly appreciated.
