All the parts available you can order from your local authorized local dealer. Just ask them, they won't bite. lol But, the Pearl Phone Number is: 1-800-947-3275. I don't think you can order parts directly from Pearl, unless it's covered by the warranty

If none of your local dealers can order parts, or don't carry Pearl, I recommend contacting Andy at Massmusic (www.massmusic.net) He will gladly order you the part you need.
