Loose Eliminator cams

Today I noticed the cam on my Eliminator pedal was a little on the loose side.(I use the strap drive and red cam)I found I could pull it right off without having to push the release button on the bottom.It looks as though the strap will keep it from coming off during playing but I was wondering if anyone with this pedal has had the cam fall off at all.

I've noticed this also. I'm using the black cams. A few times after working on some really fast double bass, I notice the cam came completely off of the slave pedal. I'm not sure if I had the holding pin set incorrectly or what. I'm pretty sure I've got it set properly at this point so I'll see how it holds.

Anyone else experiencing this?
