Shipping confusion!

See, I'm awaiting my drum, as patiently as possible. Woodwind and Brasswind told me Pearl was shipping it directly to me (no real specification as to where from, and also no tracking number available). So, WWBW has no clue as to when or if it was shipped, but they said it was supposed to ship the 30th of August (last Monday). I ordered 3-day shipping. It's Tuesday of the second week (8 days!) and it seems the drum isn't coming!

I was just wondering if Pearl itself could inform me if the drum was shipped and, if possible, supply a tracking number.

If more details are desired, I suppose it could be attained through a PM.

pearl was closed Wed-Mon This past week for inventory. They just started shipping today... could explain the delay
